Gracie

Gracie first made her presence known about four years ago, when a friend had to shoo her out from under his car. The next day, she turned up on his doorstep--we all just KNOW she'd been casing that apartment, and the car was the final test! It didn't take long for her to establish herself. She's soft, vocal, and very intelligent--her keepers had to learn the hard way that the kitchen drawer was definately not a safe place to hide the catnip. As you might guess from the picture, Gracie's odd-eyed; her left eye is normally ice blue, and the right is brown/green. Someday I'll remember to turn the flash off so it will show in a picture. -Friend of T. M.

Good Morning! It's almost Monday again!! Sorry, didn't mean to remind everyone!

Look! It's Seaborne's mini-me! Gracie is just beautiful! So petite. I do wish we could see her eyes better. Quite impressive FB's might I add for such a small girl.

Oh my goodness. Gracie is beautiful. Seaborne is officially in love! "Meowrrrr" Such a beautiful girl. I can't believe that she has "odd" eyes too. It is hard to get photographs without the flash destroying the image. I've found with Seaborne, that if I photograph him near a window with sunlight and have him look slightly away from me, then his eyes show up. Gracie -- you are so beautiful!!

Wow. For a minute, thought Gracie was a perfect statue. Isn't she elegant. The next thing I thought of was Seaborne. What a pair they would make.

Golly sake you guys, you took the words right out of my mouth when I first clicked on and saw Gracie without reading any of the comments. She is very regal and elegant looking. And yes she does look like a statue. Well, doggone what else can I say. Bet, she is very lovable and huggable. Also her coat looks like white velvet. She is a very pretty cat.

She certainly knows how to hold her pose. Look at the tail curled around her feet. She also looks very sweet.

.AHEM...........if Liptits wants to make it in the ruthless world of modelling, he will have to learn to 'pay the piper'........basically, tempt him onto his back with some his fave shellfish and get someone else to take the picture......................schnoort.

Good Afternoon Everyone!

Gracie is a very beautiful, and regal girl. I just love it when they sit in the most beautiful ways and they look like a statue.

Hi Kat,
Lladro are porcelain figurines, like Royal Doulton or Lenox would make. I forget what country they originate in...

Oh, by the way,

HELLO FuZZ FAMILY!!

Gracie sure is self assured, confident in her beauty and intelligence . I love when a cat sits like that, too, with the tail "just So" around the demure front paws...

I also stories about when it's the CAT adopting the HUMAN...

Sorry, feels like a quiet brain day for me...

Ciao for now...

Hi Fuzz Pack...
Yep, Missy is really affectionate. I can pet her without her jumping through the roof. Yesterday I saw her from a few rooms away, called her, and she ran toward me! I nearly fainted. Then she rubbed and rubbed and rubbed up against me. She sits on the side of the tub during baths (but not showers). Guess she heard me "carrying on" when Momma Grace left, and it didn't fall on deaf ears.

This Gracie is certainly a beauty, isn't she. She does like Lladro. And Momma Gracie is such a beauty as well, love the sleepy kitties box with her and Pete, one my fav all times pictures. Can't wait to see Momma Grace now that's she's neutered and can be a kitten herself.

Realize these circumstances were different, we will probably have to modify. In Caesar's case, we had weekend gatherings to play cards, etc. I had some photos of Caesar and a brief bio, a description of his woes arranged on a poster board. Then I had the catnip toys in a big basket and asked for donations of $4, in return for which they would get a catnip toy. We had the XL (one size) shirt displayed with a note it would go for the highest donation.
Don't know exactly how this would work on the net, but there it is. Paypal?
Another idea is ebay. I've been selling there for about 6 years. They have charity auctions, hard luck stories asking for donations, etc. We could offer something in return for donations...catnip toys or whatever you all come up with.
We could get a lot of info on one small transfer for a toy, including something with FFCA, a small photo, just whatever.
Let's get some ideas going and help Rita's kitties and Jake.

Rosie (feeling ruthless) I will see what I can do, but I'm not going to guarantee anything. Will have to check with him if he wants to enter the ruthless modeling world???

She is a beautiful and elegant girl. Thank you for sharing her with all of us.
