Boo

This is Boo. Nearly two years ago some kindly person dropped off 3 cats near our house. Thankfully they came right up to our home and began meowing woefully. My husband and I had never had pets before and honestly didn't know what to do. Naturally I started feeding them and began wondering what in the world had happened. We tried to find out if anyone was missing 3 cats and when no one claimed them, well they became ours. So Boo, Jinx and Ping joined our family. -Debra S.

Good morning all! I love this kitty family! Can't wait to share the rest of the gang w/you! Does Boo look like Emma or what!? Boo, you are a beautiful kitty! And like Kim said your momma sure does know what she's doing now! I don't understand how people can just dump animals! That's how we got our woof (doggie) Sammie! Best dog ever. So, it's their loss! Debra, Do you know how old they were when they found you? Were they siblings?

Hello efurryone!

I was so glad when my new Momma took me in. My two other brofurs, Ping & Jinx (they are blood brofurs, I am just their 'dopted sisfur) and myself were all dropped off and had to fend for ourselves, but only for a few days until our New and FUREVER Momma took us in. WE are so happy to be here. We get lots of attention and good food! I am so glad that a bad situation turned out to be the best thing that ever happened!

Boo, you are a doll. A very pretty little girl. You sure do look like Emma. Love, love, love tuxedo kitties. Am looking forward to seeing your brothers, Jinx and Ping.

What a neat story, Debra. And to go from zero cats to three just like that! Of course, you all were completely captivated and helpless against their kitty charms and wiles (I know, 'cause I was terrified of cats until Missy).

The pictures are great too, just capture Boo's spirit and personality.

I'mmmm baaack!! What was suppose to be a two day trip turned into six days. My husband's heart test turned into trouble. After the test and putting the heart monitor on him he started having chest pains. He ended up having an angiogram. They wanted to do surgery and Frank refused so they put in two stents. He is fine now but needs rest. So do I after a hectic six days. I called our daughter and she took care of the cats.

Anyhow Boo, you are one pretty kitty. So glad your mom and dad took you in even though they thought they didn't know what to do. Mostly what kitties want is food, water, and lot's of loving, and you look like you are getting that loving. Couldn't be any other way because you are so cute and cuddly looking.

BTW Casper is ticked off at me. Guess he thought I was gone to long.

She's very pretty. Good for you for taking them in.

Monica! I'm so sorry to hear of all that is going on! How is your husband feeling now? Will he need surgery eventually? How frightened you must have been! I'm thinking of you both and hoping all will be well.

Casper, Momma didn't mean to be gone so long, it was beyond her control. Please give her a break, she needs your love right now!

Boo, you just get cuter and cuter, everytime I see your sweet face!

Debra...much paw applause for taking in those three sweeties. Boo is most handsome and he, Ping and Jinx are super lucky to have found you. Best of luck with them. Noserubs, snuggles and purrs from all of us at Cat Happy

Thanks Kim for your concern. Yes, Frank is doing O.K. now. The stents will hold him over for a few years, I hope. He sees a new cardiologist Thursday as his other one left without telling any of his patients that he was leaving, which I thought very rude. He didn't seem the type either. As far as surgery in the future, that is in the future. He might have considered the surgery if we were closer to home. Anyhow right now things are looking up.

Casper is coming around. He let me love him up earlier.

You know, before I liked cats, people that had them told me one of the best things was they liked to be alone. That they could take off for a few days and not worry, just leave extra water and food.

Missy definitely isn't that way at all. We are stay at homes, most of the time, since Charley tires so easily. When we even stay out a while, Missy is waiting at the door for us, and she is definitely not happy. She has this whole little "hard to get" routine. We took a trip to see the Alamo (San Antonio) and were gone over 12 hours...we got the cold kitty shoulder for an hour or so!

Come on, Captain Casper, Momma really needs a hug from her big boy right about now. PS: Missy says hi!

Did you get the ecard? I thought it favored Missy & Casper so much.

Mary Lynn, yes I did get your ecard but for some reason I can't access it. Ever since I downloaded Norton update I can't access the blue websites on my e-mails and everytime I send an e-mail I get kicked offline. I hope I can get an e-mail to them to find out what the heck is going on. Will let you know when I get to see it O.K.

Casper finally gave me a kiss, so I am happy. We are back on good terms once again.

Deb, Frank will be seeing a new cardiologist Thursday. We live near Red Bluff CA. The cardiologist is in Redding and we have heard good things about him, so we are looking forward to meeting with him. Yes, I was pretty well wiped out also. I getting back to myself now though. Believe me that is one week I wouldn't like to live over again. Amber had to go with us as there was no one to look after her and I think at the end there she was really glad to get home also.

Yep, Rosie, got kissed by his liptits.

All cats were at the door to greet us when we walked in, but then Casper got the idea to act out his displeasure I guess, for some reason. All is well with him now.
