Boo

This is Boo, our 12 yr. old "special needs cat". She's a little strange but she will always be our baby. We also have a 2-yr. old, TC, the 19.6 lb. tuxedo. They both moved to Costa Rica with us 2 years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed chasing iguanas, geckos, crabs, etc. -Judy & Mike

Good morning all! What a beautiful girl! I love her silver/grey coloring. Don't forget to click on the picture for a close-up. Boo, no offense girl, but you got some big feet!

Boo is very sweet. We had a cat named Kimmie years ago but her nickname was Boo and she actually seemed to prefer that when called. Hope Jake is doing better.

I love Boo! Next to orange tabby cats, gray ones are my favorite. I love all kitties very much but certain ones have a special place in my heart. She looks so soft and fluffy. Sounds like Costa Rica is a cat's paradise! Thank you for sharing you beautiful babies with us. TC is a beauty too!

Danielle, how is Jake? I thought about you all last night.

Hello friends. I hope your Easter weekend gets off to a wonderful start.

Morning all and ...

Hi Boo!

You sure look like a sweetie. Just curious, though, what her "special needs" are?

She is adorable...so lazy looking. What a life! :o)

Good morning cat lovers! Isn't our girl beautiful? Am I allowed to say that?

Donna, I say "special needs" with tongue-in-cheek although she's always been a little mean, even as a kitten. She doesn't like anyone but my husband and me and even then most times she only tolerates us!

Have a great weekend everyone.

Ahhh :-)

Our Kona boy is a bit like that. He obviously loves me, tolerates Bil, and doesn't handle strangers much at all. He'll dive under the bed at the sound of the doorbell, but then he'll usually come out just to see what's going on. And then he's constantly on guard. He'll be "visible" but if anyone else reaches for him, he'll scramble away.

Sometimes, if the visitor stays long enough, for example, my parents or sister, he may eventually allow them to feed him a special treat--he loves Whiskas.

Maybe Boo is similar. A mostly-one-person kitty.

What a beautiful, soft, fluffy little cat. Hypnotic eyes. And what long legs she has. She and TC are both so sweet. What a nice life they have.
Anxiously awaiting a Jake update, as are we all.

Just got this email from the Infinite Cat website. I'm so excited! Thought you guys would be too, so go check out Benji! You can scroll down and click on the web link below. Here is the email:

Hi Kat!

You'll be glad to know that Benji has been successfully added to the Infinite Cat Project. Thanks for sharing the cute little booger with us!

Isn't that cool!

Hooray for Benji! I just saw him. Looks like we know who's REALLY posting the cat pictures, Benji. He looks cute and quite computer literate!

What a pretty fuzzy cat. Looks like she has a slight hangover. Ha. All of my cats hide when someone comes over. Casper will venture out after awhile when they have stayed awhile. Sometimes Gizmo comes out when our son is here.

What a neat picture of Benji. Really interested in that monitor screen. Really cute.

Sure am hoping Jake is O.K. Noticed Danielle hasn't signed in yet.

You meowed, Kat? Here I am. Sorry I haven't been around much--busy week, plus I've got the Cold from Hell. I hate snot on my keyboard.

If you click on TDK, they are now redirecting you here, PD'J, and a few other places--cool!!

Boo is adorable--love the "panther on a branch" look. I understand the "special needs," our cat sitter has still never seen Flumpy, and she's only seen Meepsie on the fly.

Hehe I can imagine how much fun a cat would have in Costa Rica :)

Good Morning Everyone. This is a seriously beatiful cat. I am envious af her living in Costa Rica.

Sorry I was emotionally unablu to make it yesterday. I was wrong Jake has crystals in his urine. The vet said he was very sick. Low temperature. He also hasn't gone to the bathroom in about 4 days. I have to keep him there for a while. They have to use a catheter (sp?) and hope after he will "go" on his own. The vet said this is (can be) fatal. He also has never spent the night away. I am such a wreck. Thank you everyone for your concern. It means a lot.

danielle, we will keep jake in our thoughts and prayers (you too!). it's always hardest on us mommas.

has anyone heard how oscar's doing? hadn't seen anything posted. hope things are better w/ him.

boo really knows how to relax. cats are sooo good at unwinding after a stessful day.LOL wish i had such an easy life! i love her long fluff tail and those little white tips on her paws. my yuki has that "attitude" with most people. She gives her love when she wants and how she wants. thanks for sharing your baby boo.

Thank you momsbusy. I need that. It is so hard. I think the only time I haven't cried was when I was sleeping.
