Ella

I got Ella about 4 years ago from a big pet adoption fair they hold every year with all the shelters in the area. She was given up by her previous owners because they said she was jealous of their new baby. She was so cute that I just couldn't resist taking her home, even though I was really looking for a kitten. She has since become a real member of the family and really helped fill the void after I lost my other cat Shadow. -Lisa

Good Morning beautiful Ella! You're a very pretty girl with the most expressive and inquisitive eyes. It's very nice to meet you!

Good Morning Everyone. Hi Lisa, your baby is so pretty.

Oscar came out of the closet last night for a few minutes. He wanted to be loved and then went back into hiding again. I think he's starting to feel better. Whatever shot the vet gave him seems to be helping him feel better.

Hi Ella !! She is a very beautiful girl, and i love her markings too. She looks like a very serious kitty with lots of loves to give.

Kim, I'm very sorry about what happened to Oscar. Atleast he is feeling a lil better to get loves from you. Lots of Kitty prayers and love to you and Oscar.

Ohmigosh, what a beautiful cat. Ella is just so elegant. Or Ella-gant!! (hee-hee). She has such a regal bearing. Love her coloring and patterns.
Kim, glad to hear Oscar is feeling a bit better. That had to be traumatizing for both of you. Please keep us posted...ML

Hi Ella, how pretty you are, love your white paw. Am wondering if all your other paws are white also?

Lisa, it was so nice of you to take her and give a loving home even though you wanted a kitten and I can see why you took Ella home. She's a real sweetie.

Kim so glad to hear Oscar is doing better. Prayer does work.

I was wondering about the paws too - are they all white like the one we can see? That's so cute! I can see why you couldn't resist her at the pet fair.

Glad Oscar's getting better - lots of love to that big sweetie!

Hi Ella!

I agree with the rest of you--she has such pretty coloring.

I think that's a very good sign that Oscar came out for a few minutes. We'll keep hoping and praying he continues to get better.

By the way - for all the kitten-aholics (or maybe "fuzz-aholics" would be good), make sure to check out www.kitten-picture.blogspot.com for your fix. Chris has been putting some real cuties on there and today's is especially adorable!

Ok to my fellow kitty lovers, and other fuzzy children. Tomorrow marks the ASPCA's 140th Anniversary of helping animals. So to help celebrate as animal lovers we should wear ORANGE to show our support. I just wanted to share this news with everyone. Considering most of us have adopted one if not all of our babies.

Ella you are so beautiful, regal Kitty Queen.

Katnippia, I'm glad you shared that! I would've never known probably. I have an orange shirt that I will wear...if I can find it. You guy...GALS, well mostly!, can discuss anything here. Just make sure you give recognition (my big word of the day) to the kitty in posting! :) Wow, 140 yrs. That's great! I adopted my Marley from the local SPCA.
