Grrr
We found Grr living with her brother and sister under a junk car behind an auto repair shop when they were two months old. Grr loves toys made from feathers and will carry them around the house while growling and pretending to be a fierce hunter. Here she's checking out some real birds outside and wondering how to get to them. -Karen

Grr is a very lovely lady. She's also very intent on those birdies outside!!! Karen, you're so special for taking them in. Do you still have the brother and sister or have you found homes for them?
Her ruff begs to be fluffed and sratched!
Good Morning All!
Grrr looks like she has a touch of grey in her ruff! Love the gold eyes! I love it when black cats have such stunning eyes!
Linda-K, we too had a bad storm last night! Lightening, thunder, pouring rain and a little hail. No tornadoes here, thank goodness! We had a tornado watch, but we never get them here. (Knock on wood...lol)
She is beautiful.
I love black cats, there is just something about them, they look so perfect, and confident, or is it conceited...LOL.
Anyway Grr is a beauty!
She is a good looking cat. She looks proud.
Good morning all.
Grrrr IS beautiful, but I am partial to black kitties.
Reading about how Grrr likes feathers reminds me that Kona loves to play with the "Da-Bird" toy (feather/fringe on a stick-type toy). But after he "catches his prey", he will then take it in his mouth and carry it off...with the pole part dragging along behind him (if we let go. Sometimes I just follow him still holding on to the pole). It is sooo cute. Especially when he was still a kitten, to have this long toy dragging behind this little guy. After he found a satisfactory location (wall, corner, closet, etc.) he would drop it, and you, of course, were expected to pick it up and start playing again.
Hi Grrr! Good morning everyone.
That time thing is awesome. Thanks for sharing.
Good SUNNY morning, all--
Thanks for the time thing, I thought it was fun--Paul the math whiz did not.
Grrr is so cute, I love little growlers!!
EEP--I just checked Pet Du'Jour--an all black screen!! Does anyone know what's going on with GS?
Hi! Thanks for putting up the picture of my Grr! We had intended to find homes for the kitties, but couldn't bear to part with them - so we still have all 3 and they're almost a year old now. All of them are black, but Grr does have a tinge of gray in that soft fluff on her chest.
Jan, I emailed Rita about her site. I get the same thing! Dunnow what's going on!
Hi ladies. I just got home from my beauty salon. I swear, it's like Steal Magnolias there! She has one chair and about three people going at any one time. Myself and another lady where getting our hair highlighted and so what should have been a 45 minute visit took 3 hours! She does a great job though and if I need to be done in a hurry then I'll just somewhere else. But I always plan to just not be in a rush.
Anyway, I'm so glad to hear that y'all weren't hurt in the storm. The outbreaks have just been unbelievable.
Again, Grr is a beauty!!!!
Now on to TDK, haven't been there yet today.
What ever grr is looking at she is very intent about it. A real sweetie. I think GS has been moving so she's probably unpacking boxes to find things. It's incredible about all the weather going on in the U.S. Oklahoma is still burning. Heard on the radio this morning more people have lost their homes.

Do you really have sun up there or are you just wishing!!!! The sun peeps through down here in North Calif. just to tease us. At least the wet stuff as stopped briefly.
Speaking of storms...guess who slips out the door when we got home last night? My master escape artist, Marley! Right as we got home it started pouring down rain, so I'm shocked that he even went off the porch! Well right as he was running off the porch I guess he realized it was raining (pouring, silly cat) and he headed for under our van. Half way there lightening lit up our yard and he changed direction, picked up speed and went for our neighbor's van! There he sat. I was afraid to go out after him, especially with an umbrella, because the thunder was so loud and the lightening lit up the neighborhood. I am scared of lightening! So I kept calling him. I could just see his outline under the neighbor's van, but because it was raining, he wouldn't budge. Finally, the rain and lightening calmed a bit and my husband went and fetched pour wet Marley. Marley played it all off, like whats got everyone so worried? Stinker! Anyways, he'll think twice next time. Maybe...lol. Sometimes Marley's not the sharpest knife in the drawer! We love you Marley a.k.a Houdini!
I see what you mean by a black screen on GS site Just checked it out. Since she has a black background thought it would at least have some writing on it. Now I'm with all of you. Hope things are O.K. with her
Pet Du 'Jour is working now. I was just there.
Poor marley. Glad everything is ok.
That silly cat! You hope he'll think twice next time but my guess is he won't. Cats are smart but they do like to test the limit!
The email was soooo funny! I love the one with the kitten and the round carpet. The one with the bear was funny, too!
Yes, the sun is still out, although the clouds are creeping back in. Flumpy is out wabbit huntin' in the back yard, and Sheppie the Old Dog is sound asleep in the SUN in the front yard. I had windows open all over the place until Paul got home and started closing them behind me. He's a cave-cat!! I need to check on Rita--and I wrote a story for TDK--later all--
I agree that e-mail was hilarious. I laughed so hard my husband asked me from the den what was so funny. A few of the ones looked like they could have gotten hurt. Don't know how cats can be so limber that they don't get hurt. Amazing!!!
