This is Tilly and 3 of her 4 kittens (from left to top), Esther, Carter & Bud {I didn't nickname them}. Tilly is daughter of Cricket who you saw posted 3/28. So of course she too came from W.VA. She was a real sweety too. I love this picture! What is sweeter than a momma and her babies?! She was also adopted into a great home where she is much loved and rules her domain.

Tilly is a lovely girl, she has a lot more white than her mother, but still has that wonderful "Coonie" look. Those beautiful kittens look big enough that instead of purring, she's saying,"All right, the next one who bites Mama is out of here!"
You're right Jan, she does have more white than her Momma, but her face is the same. She's got the same expression as Cricket. The same furry cheeks.
I think your impression is better than mine. Those kittens are pretty big. Is your weekend off to a good start?
Good morning! You're right, they were getting too big to be nursing still! She and Cricket were such good mommies, they didn't care. They definately enjoyed the closeness to their babies, just like human moms. We actually fostered one of Cricket's kittens, Roxy, because the lady who adopted her brought her back. She said Roxy had scratched their baby. Well, we all know Roxy was just playing, she too was a baby. The lady just wasn't prepared for a kitten. And she admitted that. So at least she did the right thing, and returned her to the group. Anyways, so my sponser asked if we could foster her until there was a spot for her to go back up for adoption. Roxy of course remembered her second mom and Tilly let Roxy nurse right along w/the rest of Tilly's kits. I wish I could find the picture. I had a pic of all five of them nursing! Too cute!
What an absolutely delightful picture. Her "Coonie" face reminds me of our Wiley who we think has some Maine Coon in her.

Doesn't she look like Wiley! I was thinking the same thing. I'll eventually post Nibbles, one of Cricket's sons, Tilly's brother. He has the same nose & eyes as the girls, but looks more like his daddy.

Hey Kat, the imposter is back. They said something mean and used your name. Besides what they said, I knew it was them because they signed CAT1. Anyway, I told them off, letting them know they were being rude, etc. I know I should have ignored them but I just couldn't do it. The comment they made has been removed, good ol' Kittenmaster, and so was the response I made to them.
