Bandito

Hi, this is my boy, Bandito. He sleeps on anything around where I am at. I got him from my sister after he was injured by climbing into the engine of her car. He has one hind leg that has no feeling, but it doesn't slow him down. He is my hugger baby. - Becky P.

Good morning! Bandito is so handsome! What is he laying on?! lol He looks so relaxed whatever it is! I love his little black nose!

Wow! All I can say is WOW! He is so beautiful! His coloring and markings are so unusual! He looks so soft and I just want to pet him. He does look awfully relaxed. He looks to be in the most uncomfortable potition! LOL!
Kat, with the name Bandito, I immediately thought of you! LOL! Hooray for Skippy John Jones! He does have such a cute black nose.

Kat, just read your comment from last night. YES! We have to get caught up! Maybe later this morning if you have time. Next week is the 2 hour season finally!!!!

Hey Kim! Yes, I thought of my favorite little kitty, El Skippito! I'll have to scan a pic of the book so you can see it. Have you checked it out yet? And yes, can't wait until next week for the finale!!

What an adorable cat-so comfortable just about anywhere. Wish I slept as well. I'm glad he is ok after his accident. My daughter lives in a condo near a area where there are feral cats and she always taps her horn in the morning and waits a minute to make sure no cats or kittens are sheltering there. Bandito looks like a snuggle bug.

bandito knows how to relax. it is always so sweet when kitties want to be close by while you are doing things. love his markings also, so unusual. love the shades of brown on his body. i bet he is wonderful to snuggle with.

HA!! And you thought I was up early yesterday!! This morning(at 1:45am) I was woken up by "#%$@*&$#@ MEEPSIE!!" from Paul. He had gotten up and was in the office when Meepsie pounced him. Evidently there were no mousies in the garage to chase, so she came back up to attack the tall brazen mousie in the office! Score: 1 cd drive broken(Paul left the drawer open and the chair fell on it), 1 trackball broken(fell off desk into spilled coffee), coffee everywhere(with cream and sugar, of course).

I had to wait around for KAT to get up!

GOOD MORNING FUZZ PACK!! Bandito is a lovely boy. He looks like he has some Raggy in him somewhere. Are his eyes blue? Years ago, we had a neighbor cat who had gotten mixed up with a car engine. It's amazing how cats(as well as others) adapt to what other people perceive as "handicaps!"

My dear Paul, who is a man who admits that he loves his cat, LOVES GA!! His favorites, other than science & airplane shows are GA and Crossing Jordan.

On the other hand, I like anything auto racing, all the CSIs, NCIS, Law and Order SVU and CI...as he says, "Oh goodie, more dead bodies!" At least I've learned NOT to watch any CSI whilst eating.

It's now Thursday, and I think I'm finally recovering from the weekend!!

Good morning, all.

Bandito is certainly handsome and relaxed. He does look like brown velvet, doesn't he. Love the markings on his sweet face, looks like a little stripe of white down his nose? Is he a big boy? What color are his eyes? Looks like a cuddle-baby to me.

Becky, you have a very cool cat, literally, looks like he's "chillin'".

He is beautiful! I can see why you named him Bandito, he looks like he is wearing a Zorro mask. He is very cute. What is it about a cat, that they seem to be able to get comfortable almost anywhere??

Mornin' FuZZ Family!
El Bandito seems to have the flexibility of a Yoga Master...It looks like he's laying on a baby blanket? I'm glad he's adapted to his disability okay. Looks like he's sitting side-saddle but Totally Comfortable, and I ALSO love his coloring! Thanks for sharing Bandito with us today, Becky!

Good morning Fuzz Pack!!! This kitty is so cute omg. I would love to reach in and pet!

Meowmepurr's mumma,
I am sorry to hear about that. When I get woken up I am usually being bitten by Spot. Hopefully you can catch a nap or something. Hope your day is better.

Bandito (I LOVE THAT NAME) is very handsome! And I like his laid back approach to filing!

Morning everyone,

Hi Bandito!

He looks just so soft. I'm sorry you had your accident, Bandito, but you look just fine now. More than fine, beautiful and content.

Woken up by Kona 3 minutes before my alarm went off. Paw (no claws) to the face. He wanted breakfast.

GS, that is really good news that Gheeri and Toby are getting along. Very heart-warming. :-) (Sorry about your back, though.)

And MeowMePurr, sorry to hear about your midnight escapades. I'm trying to not to laugh at your description of what all happened. That's not very nice of me at all, is it? :-)

Seriously cute kitten over on cuteoverload.com. Got milk? :-)

Also, the Daily Puppy is pretty cute today too. A Yorkie/Pom mix.

I hope Bandito like petting. It would be impossible to resist petting that lovely, plushy fur. And his little mask is adorable.

Gheeri, it sounds like the kitties can be a pain lower down than your back. I sympathize. Until recently, Geoffrey always wanted to sleep lying across my feet. I was completely pinned down but I couldn't shift without getting serious protests. I had another cat who liked to get onto the pillow and put his face right into mine. Try to sleep with whiskers tickling your nose! Another of my cats once jumped onto the pillow and lay down on my face.

But, deep down, we don't really mind this stuff, do we?

Emma's Kat said...

GS, saw the arguement on SOMC. I have to agree w/you. If Tom didn't like being dressed up and all, he would not allow his person to do this. BTW, I too am sorry about your back. My Danny Boy always used to sleep on chest or on my pillow next to my head. He would (when on my pillow) lay his chin on my forehead. ::sigh:: I so miss him and his sleeping w/me. At the time I would sometimes be uncomfortable and wish he would sleep elsewhere! But, like the old saying goes, you don't miss it until it's gone! NONE of my kitties sleeps w/me now! Benji will occasionally get in bed w/me, but not for long. And Emma sleeps somewhere else. I don't even think she is in the same room when she sleeps at night. Oh well!

Bluejay - Got your pix! Will be posting in a couple of weeks! Thanks!

Karen - I too am glad Midnight's okay! One time...okay, 1st of all we have a loft room over our t.v. room. So, one day, Emma is sleeping on the ledge of the loft, like she always does. I'm sure you already know what I'm gonna tell you. She must've gotten startled awake and forgot where she was, cause, you guess it!...She fell! Right as I heard her and looked up down she came. She landed on her feet of course and ran under my dining room table. I was sooo afraid she had fractured something, but other than being startled and I'm sure it didn't feel that great, she was purrfectly fine! Nothing broken! So, now I'm paranoid about the loft, because she still sleeps there on occasion!

It's so nice here for a change! I took the kids to the park and just got home. They're A MESS! But everyone had a good time!

Oscar must join the Crazy Kitty Club, too. This morning, through the fog of my mind, I seemed to know that something was pawing at my bed, attacking my feet, and biting my toes (very hard). Slowly I came to and realized that the dream I thought I was having was actually Simon wanting me to get up. BUT WAIT, it's not Simon, it's OSCAR! This is not Oscar behavior at all! I figure that the poor cat must have to poop so bad! He only goes tinkle in the litterbox, he poops outside. Usually he'll stand in the hall and howl at the top of his lungs until I get up and let him out. So thinking I slept through that, I guessed that he was just beside himself and resorted to physical assertion to get me out of bed. OUCH! Anyway, I jump out of bed and run down the hall and fly to the back door, swing it open, step aside, and...NO CAT! OH NO, he didn't make it, he pooped on my bed! So I trudge back to my room, but before I even get to the hall, I see him. He's standing down the other hall, the one that leads to his food dish. And the look he shot me was "Dammit woman, get your lazy butt over here and feed me NOW!!!" OK, so now I'm awake and my cat is PO'd at me. I feed him, go back to bed, pull up my covers and am so happy that I still have an hour left to sleep...until...MOM, I'm ready to get up now! So that is how my day started, a crazy cat who woke me up, OUCH, and made me wake up my already early riser!

Loa's baby, Steppa, is on Kitten Picture today! What a pretty kitten. I can't wait to see her grown up picture too!

Hi Bandito, what a handsome cat you are. It looks like to me it's the back of a chair covered with a blanket and he is laying on it. Wonder what he is looking up in the file cabinet???

Cleo is cracking me up right now. Finished washing down my bedroom ceiling and she is having a ball running under the drop cloth and attacking my water bottle that I threw on the floor when I finished it. What a character.

Meowmepurrs, I also like all the CSI's and other programs you mentioned. Oh by the way did you watch last week's race yet??

Good Afternoon Everyone !
Bandito, you are a very handsome, and lucky boy. You look like you could really sleep any where. Becky P. thanks for sharing his pic with us. Is he a Snowshoe? i only ask due to his coloring.

GS, what an amazing story! Mr. Kibbles (that was his name, wasn't it?!) traveled 15 miles to find his way home! Wow! Smart kitty! Glad he's home safe and sound!

Katnippia said...

Gheeri's servent, that is totally messed up. I think they should get more than that my self. What mesasge is that going to send to others who mistreat animals. That they will just get a slap on the wrist for mistreating any animal. Hell, I moved from a state that animals didn't have a voice at all.

I am glad that Mr.Kibbles did make it home safe.

Sorry Kat1

Another very unique looking cat:

Does anyone know what breed this would be?

Oscar the Puppy Cat said...

Donna, he's a Flame-Point Siamese. He looks so different from mine and Kat's though. Our's are furrier than this one. He's very unique!

Oscar the Puppy Cat said...

Hi Donna. He's a Flame-Point Siamese. Both Kat and I have one but this one is a hairless. He is VERY unique!

Anonymous said...

Wow. I didn't even recognize him/her as a Siamese! I think the furless-ness threw me. I also thought his face was very pointed. As you can tell, I haven't ever been around very many Siamese kitties. Quite unique and rather handsome. I wonder if the picture is an indication of his personality and antics :-)

Thanks Kim!

Weeks ago, I sent in one of Wiley's pictures (I think it's the same one that appeared on PdJ) to KittenBreak.com.

Well, they finally updated the website--resulting in all these comments to you as I scroll through the pictures in reverse order--and lo and behold, there's Wiley-girl!

http://www.kittenbreak.com/4501

But, wow, there are a lot of cute kitties and pictures in there.

Kat1, I'm glad you got the pictures. I hope they work out.

GS, I love the rules for cats and bedtime. Right on. (There's one more that some of my cats have followed - whatever moves under the covers, pounce on it.) Also, I completely agree with you about the cat-nappers. There should be VERY stiff penalties for abusing animals. Have you ever read about any of the research the FBI has done on serial killers? Every known one of them started with animal abuse.

I too am glad Midnight is OK. I know what a scare that is when you think one of the fur-buddies is hurt.

KC and the Giggleman Kitties said...

Donna, Wiley is just beautiful. Love that I know her "story" from your blog.

Enjoyed reading the rules for cats and bedtime. Plan to read it to Missy Blue Eyes.

Oscar the Puppy Cat said...

Donna, I just LOVE that picture of Wiley!!! That little nose is so precious!!! I'm so glad they posted it! Like ML, I think it's so cool that I know her too. Your cats have become so familiar and then to see one of them on a different site, it's like "Wow, I know that cat!"
