Buddy - orange. Buddy is a very silly 7-year old clown. I adopted him from a friend of a friend whose family was splitting up. Buddy had been rescued from some rough teenagers by a 15-year old boy who was so devoted to Buddy that he made sure he found a good home for Buddy when his family was in turmoil and Buddy had nowhere to go. He's been a great pal for my other cat, Finny, and it took him a while, but he has warmed up to me and is very loving and sweet. -Nora~Emma's Blog: Wordless Wednesday

Buddy's story is one of triumph. He was lucky twice, once to have found such a special boy who loved him enough to make sure he was safe and in the right home, and then to have found you. Sometimes the best love is our patience and understanding. Buddy is gorgeous ginger boy!

Ok, I'm off to pick up Dante! Yea! Make sure you visit PP&PB and visit Buddy the woofie's site. He passed away recently and his mommy wrote a beautifully sad poem for him! They miss him so much. I tried to post the poem with his picture at the prayer blog, but Blogger has other ideas! ML, maybe you could try if you think it's needed. I linked to the post of the poem, so maybe that's okay just like it is?
We can do a tribute to Buddy the Woofie if you like. He passed back in the middle of August, are they having a memorial for him or something now?
Well, Dante is back! He was a little like, "woah" when 1st out of the carrier. Only because Emma, Benji & Sammie all approached him at the same time. He was worried about Sammie, really. But he immediately started exploring, had a bite to eat with Benji and made himself at home on one of our kitchen chairs, giving himself a bath! He knows where he is! And my, how he's grown!

I can set up a little RIP on the PPPB for him, with poem and photo. Would be a nice tribute for him.
Buddy is such a good-looking boy, and his story is an inspiration to us all.

ML- I'm sorry, I was joking about KC and the pimp name! I just think the whole thing is such a hoot! When I was a girl, there was a parody book called "Sex and the Single Cat," with funny cartoons and comments. One was Mamma-Cat saying to kitten, "No dear, a pussy peddler is not a tricycle for kittens." Sorry, that's just where my mind went with the pimp thing.

Rosssiiieee! And anyone with some ideas! I was just visiting Pumpkin's blog and looking at the adorable video of baby P swatting at BeBe! So cute! You can see BeBe's adorable black toe/paw pads against the white fur of his feet! So, I was trying to think of a cute term that we could use for toe/paw pads. TP & PP remind me of the potty! ?? Any ideas?

All I can think of is "toesies" or "pawsies", but love the idea. I love pawpads, it's one of my weaknesses.
Missy has white paws with black pads. KC's are every color, just like her. And Bear is charcoal with black pads but silver fur between her pads.

Yep there was a lot of back and forth swatting going on the day I took that video of Pumpkin and Bebe but they were only playing. I took another one before the one I posted of Pumpkin on the arm of the chair next to the coffee table that Bebe was lying on being entranced by Bebe's swishing tail. I'm having so much fun looking at the pictures and videos from last year. Pumpkin was soooo tiny and cute!

Wow! Thanks for all the reely nise comments on me and my hansome self and speshly for putting me on the Cat of the Day! The 2nd pikcher is me in my snuggle sack - we got it by saving points from Fresh Step kitty litter. I let mom take that pik and then I hardly efurr go in it ennymor!
I was wif my Brandon boy for the first 3 yeers of my life and I loved him furry much, but he made sure I got a good mom wen I had to get a new home. He allways did wat was best for me.

Buddy, you are a handsome cat. I bet it was really hard for Brandon to give you up, but so glad that he loved you enough to make sure you got a good home. I think it's a sad story, but glad it turned out all right. I am sure you are recieving all the love you deserve. Sure sounds like it.
