Gree

Gree is our determinedly outdoors girl kitty. She and her buddy Pepi used to live with the neighbors two doors down. They were skinny and starved for affection, though, because those neighbors didn't pay much attention to them, and apparently didn't feed them much. So Gree spent more time with us and with the 100 year old lady next door. We fed her crunchies every day and the lady next door fed her ham and bacon! Guess whos porch she used to nap on -- not ours! LOL Then the neglectful neighbors moved away and left Gree and Pepi behind. That was rotten of them. We liked them a lot, so we let them adopt us and Gree became our "light black" tuxedo kitty. Now Gree gets to live outside like she insists, but she stays close to home now. She doesn't much like going to the V-E-T but she's happy she won't get nasty bugs from not getting her shots. Gree will agree to come in when it's really hot or really cold, and then she gets to stay in the sunroom where she can still keep an eye on the yard. Mostly Gree loves to be scritched behind her ears and nap in the sun. We're glad Gree adopted us. -Robyn

Those are the most knowing eyes I think I've ever seen on a cat! She's so pretty! The picture on the right is so captivating! I'm glad that Gree chose you for her furrever home, it sounds like she knew that there was lots of love for her and that she also recognized that there was also respect for her.

Good Morning!

Hi everyone. Gree what a unique name you have! You certainly are a beautiful tuxedo girl. I enjoyed reading about you and meeting the HotMBC clan the other night at the prayer circle for Rajjah. You have a great blog.

Wow, I can't believe I'm cat of the day! Cool! Thanks everybody. My name is Gree cuz "gris" (that's pronounced "gree") in French means grey. hehehe It got spelled Gree so the vet people wouldn't call me gris like gristle!

Hello, sweet Gree. You are a beautiful girl. What a nice story, too. Can't wait to see and hear about Pepi.

Kat, that must have been something with the blogger the other day. You've put back everything but the cute cursor, right? No problems loading, not for me, anyway.

Hello efurryone.

Well Gree it's good no one calls you gris(tle) that just wouldn't do for such a purrty girl like you. What a nice story and the best part is the ending. You are a well loved girl.

ML - I think it was Blogger and the site I got the cursor and background is now up and running again. I haven't added anything back. I had just forgotten to take out the html for the background is all. I'm gonna put my cursor back in when I get the time. Things that make ya go "Hmmmmmmmm", right?!
