Here are a couple of pictures of Tess! She's likes to sit in the weirdest places. She hates getting a bath but if you let her she will sit for hours in the kitchen sink. The second picture is hers on top of the door to the bathroom. That cannot be comfortable! -D.S.

i have a few cats that do that too and you gotta wonder what they're thinking...LOL!
She is absolutely beautiful. She has very beautiful markings, and love her fluffy tail. None of mine will sit on the door like that, but Sia always checks it out when I pick her up.

Well, I'm still not feeling well today. Sucks being sick! For those who don't know, I came down with the stomach flu yesterday! Fun, fun! I'm still running a fever today but I can handle that better than the getting sick! Well, I'm off to keep the couch warm. We have a new foster in the house too! Once Abby's a little more settled, I'll get pix of her. She's a 3 1/2 yr. old black and white girl who had to leave her family due to the little girls allergies to her. She is a bit timid, but when I come and sit on the floor with her, she comes right over for scritches. Benji has really taken to her and stayed with her all morning today. So sweet he is! Well, off to the couch for me.
Oh, what a beauty Tess is. Look at that beautiful, long fur and that gorgeous fluffy tail. Her markings are beautiful. I love both of those pictures. She definitely doesn't look like she could be comfortable hanging over that door. And I love the look on her face sitting there in the sink.
Sorry to hear you're not feeling well, Kat. Hopefully it won't last too long. That's sweet that Benji is taking care of your new foster kitty for you while you're sick.

I would definitely say Tess is a Tough A*s Tortie. Wow, she is beautiful. Look at that face.
Course, now I'm partial to torties, didn't even know they existed before last summer....!
MeiLin does that exact door trick...and ... ahem ... an up close 'n too personal butt shot.
Ooh, Tess is SUCH a beauty! And she looks so funny sitting in the sink like that! Her face says "Yes, I'm sitting in the sink. SO WHAT?" LOL!

My MeiLin loves to climb up on the bathroom door too. I've gotten a few cute pics of it, but I can't figure out whats so interesting up there.

We try to keep Flumpy and Meepsie to ONE section of the counter. This morning, Flumpy was reclined across the Forbidden Counter. When I told him to get down, he raised himself up JUST far enough that I could see he was on Paul's tray. "I'm not on the counter, Mumma, see? I'm on Daddy's tray, NOT on the counter. So there!"

Jan - Definately not the season for icky tummy!!! I'm better though. Kim is doing good. Still sore and limited on what she can do, but her hubby has taken off work to be with her. How are you doing, Jan?! Bad weather up there from what I hear. Have you been without power?
