K.C.

This is K.C. She adopted us last year in May and had 4 kittens on June 6, 2006. She is a 3 leg kitty. We don't know what happened, that is her secret, but she does just fine and has amazed us and taught us not to be too hasty in our judgment of others that are different. She loves to be held, cuddled & carried. She does not like to be able to see the bottom of her dry food bowl and will make you aware that she can. When she had decided that it is time for supper (she shares a can of cat food with her kittens) she will pull her placemat down off it's shelf letting you know its time to "serve up". She loves to go out side, not particularly fond of the harness she has to wear, but loves eating the fresh grass and doesn't do too bad walking on harness. She has 3 of her 4 kittens living with her. -Pam

What a sweetheart. Another reminder that we can all learn how to treat each other from animals.

Hi KC, you are a very brave and pretty kitty. I do the same thing with my food bowl. I'm a rescued former feral and even if it is 3am, I will wake up my mommy and daddy to fill my bowl...and they do.
You chose a wonderful bean family to adopt. They are obviously good people.
Take care dear!

Hi all thank you for your kind words (blush) and for this honor. Only one of my kittens was adopted out. A lady saw my kittens when they were little and one had the same markings as a kitty she had recently lost. So "Spot" went to live with her family. The other 3, Snoopur, Bear and Shadow live with me and my pet parents. My Mom said she was not going to add to a problem that already exists and just as long as we could all co-habitate together we would all have a home for live. My kittens will turn 1 on June 6. I plan to have Mom add my kittens to Kat's page for their birthday.

The kittens thank you for your birthday greetings Jess. I forgot to answer mary lynn's question of what K.C. stands for. My Pet Parents called me kitty cat all the time I was out on the front porch. When I offically adopted them they had a hard time coming up with a name they both liked. My Dad came up with the idea of abreviating kitty cat to K.C. and Mom agreed. So I am K.C. aka Kitty Cat.
