Poppy Q is 7 months old and is a british shorthair kitten (British blue). She was very brave, as she was the first of 55 kittens to leave the breeders and go to her new home. She is the only pedigree cat I have ever owned. Every other cat has been from the SPCA or adopted me. I got lucky with Poppy and think I got the pick of the litter. Once at home she had lots of fun and has taken over the house. She has explored everywhere and I didn’t have to show her how to use her cat door – she taught herself. She is well behaved and doesn’t scratch or bite. I have to take most of the pictures of Poppy Q with her on the bed or lying down as she is too busy running around checking out stuff. She does seem to spend a lot of time sleeping and loves to move in on my side of the bed the minute I am out of it. Poppy has her own blog please come by and visit. -Poppy's mum.
