I want to introduce my 3 cats, Curzon and Jadzia (up front, twins) and Nimbus (in rear, Jadzia's son). All are part Coon, though it's hard to say how much as the twins were rescued off the streets of Frederick, MD. Nimbus is obviously not a purebred as he's half trailer park tom cat, but you'd never know it by how sweet and gentle he is! If you want a guard cat, take Curzon. If you want a sweetie lover kitty, let Nimbus work his charming magic. Nimbus just celebrated his 5th birthday on Aug 23, and in November he gets his checkup for his HCP (don't make me spell it, it's the 'better' of the genetic heart defects, if you can even say that). The twins will celebrate their rescue anniversaries next month, it'll be 6 years... wow. Hope you enjoy the pic, just to make you smile. BTW that's a medium DOG carrier they're in, the boys don't FIT in cat carriers LOL. -Sharon

the one up front on the right is mama cat... yes it's a big carrier, a small HUMAN can scrunch up in it! But the next smaller size is the cat carrier and it's too small for the boys to go on long trips (ie moving) in, so I had to buy two big ones for the boys. Curzon (up front) is about 20lb, Nimbus (in back) is 22lb (though he was a little smaller than Curzon when pic was taken), and mamacat Jadzia is about 14lb. All at least part Maine Coon.
And btw, thanks for showing off my furbies.

awww what a beautiful family photo! they are all gorgeous and sound like very sweet "gentle giants"...LOL! i love how they are all hanging out together just all mellow in that big carrier. and what cool names too :)
