Good afternoon everyone! Yes, blogger has struck again! It wouldn't let me publish my post this morning. Oh well. Here it is! I've been wanting to post this picture, but couldn't find that purrfect quote, poem or saying to go with it. Then for some reason the "cats rule" saying popped into my head and I thought, "that's it!". I love this picture! Hilarious!

Sweet picture ! My poor Arthur likes dogs, but the dogs don't like him.
They are always barking on him and making a mess so that he has to sit on the little garden wall we have and looks very offended down to them. Isn't this a sad story ?

Oh, funny... Flumpy is the One In Charge around here...poor Sheppy! My cats have always been around dogs enough to know they can rule them. My sisters dogs and Mom's dog are the same--the cats are in charge!
