Mu shue Pooh, you are just gorgeous!!! and it looks like you're a spoiled cat as you should be :)

i have to say i'm freaking out just a bit though.... because you are from Fitchburg MA!!! that is where i was born and grew up and i just moved from there a few months ago! no one has ever heard of it unless you are from Mass...very strange indeed! several of my kitties are from there too, and were also rescued off the streets.

oh forgot to say... i'm sorry you were sick but at least you have a good mama to take care of you. one of my boys is hyperthyroid too but takes his pills twice a day like a good boy. luckily we haven't had to resort to the radioactive therapy and i do not know anyone that has but i've read a lot about it online. good luck brave boy! :)

Good morning! Mu she Pooh, I love your name, but I have to ask how your name came to be? You are a very handsome giner and white kitty! Have you visited Fat Eric's site, The Gorgeous Gingers? You should visit and become an official member! Maybe you are, I haven't checked in awhile. ;) Anyway, hope everyone had a good weekend!

We wish you all the best with your treatment. Headbutts and purrs.

Hi Mu Shue Pooh,
I am sorry you are sick. I was sick with feline diabetes, but now I am all better!!

Because feline diabetes and feline hyperthyroidism are both endochrine diseases, you can find out some good information from the vet (Dr. Hodgkins) at the Diabetic Cat Forum

http://www.yourdiabeticcat.com/forums/default.asp

Maybe she can help you with some good information.

Get better soon

Hi, Mu shue Pooh, you are indeed a gorgeous kittie. It's no wonder you are so spoiled.

Your mommie is taking such good care of you. Be sure to get a second opinion before you have anything done. Ninjacat seemed to offer a good place to check. Keep us posted, okay!

You will have to make a post on Formerly Feral Friday, too.

What a gorgeous kitty! My Molly had the radioactive iodine treatment at 13 and it cured her completely with no muss and no fuss! I'm happy to talk--leave your email in a comment (or...not sure how to contact you) and we can chat.

Susan - You can find Mu shue Pooh's mom's email address at their blogger site. Just click on his name in the paragraph next to his picture. That's so great, a success story with the radioactive therapy! Very encouraging!

Mu Shue Pooh, you are just lovely, hope you feel better soon!

HEY, KAT!! TDK is down, and they are showing here as one of the places to go! How cool is that!!

Wow, Jan! That is cool! I wonder what's going on this time! Remember the first time TDK went down? We were all freakin' out!! I really appreciate the kittenmaster linking here! Ok, gotta go check it out.

Do I remember? Isn't that how all this started? Paul still shakes his head and mutters about it being CATS!! that finally turned me into a (semi)computer geek. Although I still check TDK daily, it was you and Rita who really started making a "family" of all us crazy cat ladies.

I, too, remember when TDK went down. And then you started Kat's Cat of the Day. And through you, I've been following everyone else's sites, and have been having days and days of enjoyment reading about everyone's kitties and seeing their beautiful pictures. I check them all out daily. And some day when I learn how to set up a blog, I'll start one for my beautiful kitty, Taylor Hicks.
Thanks so much for starting Kat's Cat of the Day.
